Barney Brown’s online ordering platform leads the global sandwich industry in innovation and ease of ordering. With features including a visual sandwich customizer of 70+ ingredients, and a crowdsourced gallery of thousands of user-submitted sandwiches, it’s unlike any ordering experience in the market.

 Available for Web, iOS, and Android

Customers can place orders directly on the Barney Brown mobile or desktop website. Our cross-platform ordering system is also available as an app for Android, iPhone, and iPad devices.

 Sandwich Customizer

The Barney Brown Sandwich Customizer is first in class and allows customers to see their creations build right in front of their eyes. They can choose their breads, proteins, cheeses, toppings, and condiments, and have the ability to specify portion quantities such as light, normal, or heavy. With more than 70 ingredients to choose from, there are literally billions of possible combinations that can be made.

Naming & Labeling System

We use an algorithm to automatically name the customer’s sandwich as a last step in the customization process. Customers can chose to name the sandwich on their own if they’d prefer. Sandwich names appear on a printed label on the finished product for easy identification. This is a particularly useful feature for all group ordering situations.

Menu Personalization

Barney Brown customers can easily save sandwiches to their menus for easy future reordering. This saves time and energy by not requiring them to rebuild a sandwich every time an order is placed.

Featured Sandwiches

Each month, Barney Brown highlights 10 sandwiches created by the Barney Brown community. These sandwiches are featured on the website, app, and store menu for the duration of the month. Customers whose sandwiches are chosen receive discounts and bragging rights.

Voice-Activated Ordering

“Hey Siri, order Barney Brown.”

Barney Brown continues to take ordering efficiency to the next level with voice-activated ordering. With the Barney Brown app, customers can place reorders using Siri or Google Assistant.

 2-Tap Reordering

For customers who are not using voice-activated ordering, reorders can be placed in as little as 2 taps. These convenience features have continued to build brand loyalty, and are why our customers prefer to order direct rather than through third party channels.
